AI Systems & Tools

ThriveBoss provides a curated suite of AI-powered systems and tools designed specifically for entrepreneurs and small business owners. This includes AI prompt libraries, workflow automation templates, content creation frameworks, and integrations with popular platforms. Your membership tier determines which tools you can access — check your dashboard for a full list.
Most ThriveBoss AI tools connect via Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or direct API. Inside your member dashboard you’ll find step-by-step integration guides for the most popular platforms including Gmail, Notion, Slack, WordPress, and CRM tools. If you need help with a specific integration, contact our support team.
Welcome! We recommend starting with the ThriveBoss AI Starter Path in your member dashboard. It walks you through the fundamentals in under an hour with no technical background required. From there, the community is a fantastic place to ask questions and see how other members are applying AI in their businesses.
Great prompts follow a simple structure: Role + Context + Task + Format. For example: “You are a marketing expert. I run a small e-commerce store selling handmade candles. Write me 5 Instagram captions for a new product launch. Keep each under 150 words.” The more specific your context, the better your output. Your member dashboard includes a full Prompt Library with tested frameworks for common business tasks.
Yes — the ThriveBoss member dashboard is fully mobile-responsive. You can access your AI tools, resources, and community from any smartphone or tablet. Some advanced workflow builders work best on desktop, but core content and tools are accessible anywhere.

Getting Started

Click the Join ThriveBoss button on our homepage, choose your membership plan, and complete the sign-up form. You’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes with your login details and a link to the welcome onboarding guide.
First, check your spam or junk folder — our emails occasionally land there. If you still can’t find it after 15 minutes, try resetting your password on the login page using the email address you signed up with. Still no luck? Contact us and we’ll get it sorted quickly.
The dashboard is organised into four main areas: AI Tools, Skills Library, Community, and Your Profile. We recommend starting with the Start Here section pinned at the top of the dashboard — it gives you a 5-minute orientation of everything available to you.

Community & Membership

Once your membership is active, you’ll find the Community link in your dashboard navigation. Our community is hosted on a dedicated platform where you can join topic groups, ask questions, share wins, and connect directly with other entrepreneurs and the ThriveBoss team.
ThriveBoss is a positive, supportive space. We ask all members to be respectful, avoid self-promotion outside of designated areas, and contribute constructively. Spam, harassment, or sharing of others’ paid content is not permitted and may result in membership suspension. Full guidelines are pinned in the community hub.
Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your account settings under Manage Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately and you’ll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

Skills & Resources

All downloadable resources live in the Skills Library section of your member dashboard. Use the filter bar to browse by category (e.g. AI, Marketing, Operations). Click any resource to preview it, then hit Download. Files are available as PDF, DOCX, or Google Doc depending on the resource type.
Training videos are located under Skills Library → Video Training. Videos are hosted directly in the dashboard — no external platform required. You can track your progress, bookmark favourites, and leave notes on individual lessons.
ThriveBoss resources are licensed for individual use only. You’re welcome to use them in your own business operations, but they cannot be redistributed, resold, or shared with people outside your membership. If your team needs access, they’ll each need their own membership — contact us about team pricing.

Billing & Account

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details — these are handled by our payment processor.
You can cancel anytime from Account Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don’t offer refunds for partial periods, but you’ll never be charged again after cancellation. We’d love to know why you’re leaving — your feedback helps us improve.
Please contact us right away with your account email and a description of the charge. We take billing issues seriously and will investigate and resolve within 2 business days. In most cases, incorrect charges are resolved with a full refund to your original payment method.

Technical Support

Start by clicking Forgot Password on the login page and following the reset instructions sent to your email. If you’re not receiving the reset email, check your spam folder. If you still can’t access your account after resetting, contact us with your registered email address and we’ll restore access manually.
Try these steps in order: (1) Hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). (2) Clear your browser cache and cookies. (3) Try a different browser or incognito/private window. (4) Disable browser extensions temporarily. If the issue persists, let us know which page/tool is affected and which browser you’re using.
Use the Contact Us page and select Technical Support as your topic. Please include: the page or tool where the issue occurred, a brief description of what happened, your browser and device type, and a screenshot if possible. The more detail you provide, the faster we can fix it.
