1-2 = Monthly or less

3-5 = Weekly

6-8 = Multiple times per week

AUTO – How automatable is it? (1-10)

1-3 = Requires deep human judgment, creativity, or relationship building

4-6 = Mix of routine work and judgment calls

7-8 = Mostly repetitive with some decisions
